Our u14 team continued their unbeaten start to the East Kerry league with a 4 point win in Beaufort. Played on a lovely Summers evening our lads will started strongly with strong offensive performances by Robbie Harnett aided by Dara O’Shea and Fintan Martin. Beaufort came back into the game strongly and we led by 3-6 to 3-3 at half time. Our captain Maidhci Lynch at midfield as well as Ryan Neeson who moved to centre back for the second half put in strong second half performances as we won out by 4 on a score of 5-12 to 5-8. The lads will know that improvements are needed if we are the challenge for honours at the end of the league.
