Dr Crokes 4-18 Fossa 0-7

We got off to the perfect start and were on the front foot very early in the first half. Our opponents were competitive but scores came more easily to our lads and we built up an interval lead of 2-10 to 0-4.

A few early scores early in the second half ensured that we were going to win the game but Fossa to their credit never gave up. We ran out comfortable winners in the end.

Both sides were short a number of players but our strength in depth was superior and this had a big bearing in the result.
