All members please note that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Dr Crokes Club will be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday 6th. September 2018 at 8.00pm.

The business of the meeting and the agenda will be as follows,

1.    Appointment of TWO trustees to replace trustees who are sadly deceased. Nominations, properly proposed and seconded for the posts, should be with the Club Secretary not later than Thursday 30th August 2018.

2.  Discussion, updates and plans regarding club finance and fundraising.

Please regard this as a formal notification to all members in accordance with Club Rules.

Please also note that only fully paid up and registered members are entitled to attend and vote at this meeting.
