PITCH RENOVATIONS

All members, and particularly management of teams at all grades, are asked to note that due to planned pitch renovations now started all club activity is confined to the Main Pitch, with occasional access to the small outside pitch at Fitzgerald Stadium until further notice.

This applies to all matches involving club teams as well as training.

In summary the “Top Pitch” as well as the “Sand” pitch behind the scoreboard end of the main pitch can not be used until the upgrade there is completed.

Therefore, it is important that the management of all teams talk to and show consideration to one another. If in doubt please consult with our Development Officer before booking training/match times. If we co-operate in matters like listing team training for days/times earlier or later than normal there should be no reason that any section of the club should feel excluded or hard done by.

The County Secretary, Secretary Coiste na nOg and Secretary East Kerry have all been asked not to schedule games not involving our club teams for our grounds until the work has been completed.

The goodwill and understanding of all is asked for and expected.
