GYM ACCESS and REGULATIONS

A new CCTV and security system has been put in place in our Clubhouse and all members are asked to please note that for Safety and Insurance reasons the following regulations will be strictly applied regarding the access and use of the Gymnasium.

·         Access to the Gymnasium will be controlled by way of a Key Fob to be issued on application to the Club Secretary and on payment of €25.00 by those authorised to use the facilities.

·         A digital record will be kept of each time the Key Fob is used to enter.

·         The Key Fob is for the personal use of the holder only and must not be used to give access to any other person whether they be a club member or not. You may not share or give your Key Fob to another person. In the event of this happening it will be cancelled and you will have to purchase another one.

·         Security cameras have now been installed all around the clubhouse. All activity will be recorded and monitored to ensure that access to the Gymnasium is strictly regulated and confined to only those entitled to be there.

·         Only adult players and fully paid up members of our Supporters Club (THE CLEAR AIR BOYS) will be issued with a Key Fob enabling them to use the Gymnasium facilities. Joining the Clear Air Boys costs an additional €50.00.

·         Please swipe your Key Fob on entry whether you are entering individually or with other Key Fob holders.

·         No member or player under sixteen years old will be granted admission to or may use the Gymnasium equipment unless under the supervision of a coach or other responsible person.

·         LOSS OF KEY FOB.   Replacement of lost Key Fobs will cost €25.00.
