A great Division 1 b battle in Lewis Road this evening. The game finished with three points separating the teams, with the advantage going to the home side. Crokes started off brightly with Muiris o Donoghue, Ben Kelliher and Brian McCarthy hitting the net early on. After this both sides were scoring freely and Laune Rangers, to their credit, put Crokes to the sword until the last minute. The Crokes substitutes on the night deserve huge credit for the way that they adapted well to the pace of the game when introduced.
