Child Protection Awareness Course

The club will be hosting a Child Protection Awareness Course in the clubhouse on Tuesday 20th February. It will commence at 7pm and lasts for three hours.

  It is now mandatory for everyone involved with children to complete this course and all participants receive certification on completion.

 The people in the club who must participate in the course are;

The Senior Chairperson
The Juvenile Secretary
All Coaches up to and including Senior management
Any Development Squad coaches involved with County squads attached to your club
Referees both senior and juvenile
P.R.O.
Social Media Person
Registrar
Children’s Officer
However we feel that there are a lot of members in the club who might have no direct role currently, but who have dealings with children within the club and this is an opportunity to avail of this in order to comply with new legislation.
